From the City of Fatarella working since 1999 in designing the contents of this event, trying to improve year after year. The Feast of the Olive develops a cross-linked with different action lines of the development plan, namely the promotion of local agriculture as a distinctive cultural feature characteristic and recovery of local handicraft products, including oil oil.
The festival is organized by the Oil City in collaboration with various stakeholders in the world of olive oil, including producers, processors, artisans or other entities.
Oil Faterella is recognized and valued for their qualities, having been recognized in several competitions and has participated in that. Thus, the economic activity around the oil is an important element for balanced development of the municipality.
